March was a whirlwind month for IPeople, packed to the brim with customer meetings and group events, both of which provided invaluable opportunities for learning and networking. We love taking every opportunity that we can to get out in person and see so many that we have such great relationships with.
Out of all the meetings and events this past March, two occasions stood out – the HIMSS conference in Orlando, FL and the MUSE community peer group in Bolivar, MO, hosted by Citizen’s Memorial Hospital. Let's delve into the excitement and insights gained from these remarkable gatherings.
HIMSS Conference: Where Innovation Meets Inspiration
Our time at HIMSS always proves to be rewarding. HIMSS provides a unique opportunity to reconnect with so many familiar faces, especially the ability is to see our amazing customers. The time spent at HIMSS also provides time to have strategic conversations with so many valuable healthcare IT vendors that we partner with. The conference provided an invaluable platform to showcase the IPeople Offline Suite, the downtime solution bringing positive change to patient safety and business continuity. Additionally, the HIMSS conference regularly proves to be an authoritative venue to gain key insights into emerging trends shaping the future of healthcare IT. This year’s discussion focused on advancements in AI and the exciting announcement from MEDITECH as they collaborate with Google and Mile Bluff with their collaboration around the Expanse Search and Summarization functionality.
Whether it was around the engaging discussions at our booth or the thought-provoking sessions, every moment was filled with opportunities to learn, collaborate, and envision the possibilities of tomorrow's healthcare landscape. The insights gleaned reaffirm our commitment to our passionate commitment to being a solution that provides hospitals a patient safety solution to mitigate EHR outages and disruptions.
The digital dependency that we see on the current electronic health record shows us just how critical it is that we provide the ability for clinicians and physicians to continue quality care without fear of missing or outdated reports. At the same time, it is critical to keep up to date with security patches and necessary upgrades. This challenge is a critical conversation happening at hospitals around the world. We are proud to passionate about our role, innovating a solution that is so critical to ensure patient safety is not compromised.
Speaking of highlights, what an honor to have the chance to connect with Dr. Frase from Ozarks Healthcare. We are so proud to partner with Ozarks and the fantastic team there. Such a well deserved recognition at HIMSS of Dr. Frase's efforts at Ozarks Healthcare as she received the Changemaker award.
