IPeople Healthcare March Highlights

March was a whirlwind month for IPeople, packed to the brim with customer meetings and group events, both of which provided invaluable opportunities for learning and networking. We love taking every opportunity that we can to get out in person and see so many that we have such great relationships with.

Out of all the meetings and events this past March, two occasions stood out – the HIMSS conference in Orlando, FL and the MUSE community peer group in Bolivar, MO, hosted by Citizen’s Memorial Hospital. Let's delve into the excitement and insights gained from these remarkable gatherings.

HIMSS Conference: Where Innovation Meets Inspiration

DS-Booth24The Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) conference is renowned for being the epicenter of healthcare technology and innovation. The conference theme this year was Creating Tomorrow’s Health. IPeople had the privilege of being an exhibitor in this year’s event, which brought together IT professionals covering a wide range of responsibilities, thought leaders from various industries, and solution providers from around the globe.

Our time at HIMSS always proves to be rewarding. HIMSS provides a unique opportunity to reconnect with so many familiar faces, especially the ability is to see our amazing customers. The time spent at HIMSS also provides time to have strategic conversations with so many valuable healthcare IT vendors that we partner with. The conference provided an invaluable platform to showcase the IPeople Offline Suite, the downtime solution bringing positive change to patient safety and business continuity. Additionally, the HIMSS conference regularly proves to be an authoritative venue to gain key insights into emerging trends shaping the future of healthcare IT. This year’s discussion focused on advancements in AI and the exciting announcement from MEDITECH as they collaborate with Google and Mile Bluff with their collaboration around the Expanse Search and Summarization functionality.

Whether it was around the engaging discussions at our booth or the thought-provoking sessions, every moment was filled with opportunities to learn, collaborate, and envision the possibilities of tomorrow's healthcare landscape. The insights gleaned reaffirm our commitment to our passionate commitment to being a solution that provides hospitals a patient safety solution to mitigate EHR outages and disruptions.

The digital dependency that we see on the current electronic health record shows us just how critical it is that we provide the ability for clinicians and physicians to continue quality care without fear of missing or outdated reports. At the same time, it is critical to keep up to date with security patches and necessary upgrades. This challenge is a critical conversation happening at hospitals around the world. We are proud to passionate about our role, innovating a solution that is so critical to ensure patient safety is not compromised.

SDrF-Booth24One of the key highlights from HIMSS was the opportunity to demonstrate the IPeople Offline Suite, our innovative business continuity solution. We are acutely aware that it is critical to empower healthcare organizations as they are faced with critical safety risks to their IT infrastructure that have the potential to compromise patient safety. The enthusiasm and feedback we received from attendees reaffirmed our commitment to delivering cutting-edge technologies that make a meaningful impact on healthcare.

Speaking of highlights, what an honor to have the chance to connect with Dr. Frase from Ozarks Healthcare.  We are so proud to partner with Ozarks and the fantastic team there.  Such a well deserved  recognition at HIMSS of Dr. Frase's efforts at Ozarks Healthcare as she received the Changemaker award.

MUSE MAKIN IT Community Peer Group: Fostering Connections and Igniting Ideas

IMG_0237In addition to our presence at HIMSS, IPeople was thrilled to participate in the MUSE MAKIN IT Community Peer Group, an exclusive gathering of healthcare IT professionals dedicated to advancing the effective use of the MEDITECH electronic health system. This specific MUSE CPG event was hosted in Bolivar, Missouri by Sherry Montileone and the fantastic team at Citizen’s Memorial Hospital. The Community Peer Group events are regionally hosted throughout the year and are free to participant through vendor sponsorships. This important community serves as a forum for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving which fosters connections that encourage a greater capability to serve healthcare IT throughout the respective hospitals represented.

IMG_0232We love the opportunity to participate in the MUSE community peer group events, these times provide us the opportunity to see so many of our long-time customers. Participants of the CPG always express that the events are an exceptional opportunity to engage with MEDITECH users, exchange best practices, and gain insights into optimizing system utilization for improved clinical and operational outcomes. Through interactive sessions, roundtable discussions, and networking abilities, we had the privilege of tapping into a wealth of expertise and collective wisdom that continues to inspire our approach to serving the healthcare community.

Looking Ahead: Building on Momentum

As we reflect on the busy and exciting events of March, one thing is abundantly clear – the journey doesn't end here. The momentum gained from our participation in the HIMSS conference and the MUSE community peer group fuels our determination to push boundaries, innovate relentlessly, and drive positive change for patient safety related to healthcare IT.

With each opportunity to connect, collaborate, and learn, IPeople Healthcare is poised to continue making a difference in the lives of patients, clinicians, and healthcare organizations worldwide. As we march forward, guided by our commitment to excellence and fueled by the collective energy of our industry peers, the future of healthcare technology looks brighter than ever before.

These events not only provided a platform to showcase our innovations but also served as catalysts for meaningful connections, inspiring insights, and boundless possibilities. As we embark on the next leg of our journey, we carry with us the lessons learned, the relationships forged, and the unwavering determination to shape a brighter future for healthcare through technology.

March was a month to remember for IPeople, marked by thrilling adventures at the HIMSS conference and the MUSE community peer group.
