IPeople Healthcare’s Recent Community Engagements and the Road to MUSE Inspire 2025
At IPeople Healthcare, we believe in more than just delivering cutting-edge solutions for healthcare data integration, access, and optimization—we believe in building strong relationships with the communities we serve. That’s why our team has been actively engaging with healthcare professionals across North America, strengthening collaborations, exchanging ideas, and driving innovation in patient care.
In recent weeks, we’ve enjoyed taking our commitment on the road, sponsoring and participating in several key events hosted by the MUSE community. These in-person gatherings are invaluable for fostering peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, and we’re proud to be a sponsor to help foster the learning environment, innovation, and collaboration that these Community Peer Groups enable.
FOCUS ON COMMUNITY:
MUSE Peer Group Events in Kelowna, British Columbia, and Northfield, Minnesota
Earlier this month, IPeople Healthcare was a proud sponsor of MUSE community peer group events held in Kelowna, British Columbia, and Northfield, Minnesota. These events gathered healthcare IT leaders, MEDITECH staff and users, clinicians, and vendors for collaborative learning on today’s most pressing healthcare technology challenges—and the solutions shaping the future.
In Kelowna, British Columbia, the event spotlighted regional innovation and brought together healthcare professionals who are working tirelessly to improve data accessibility and streamline workflows. This has to be, without a doubt, the most picturesque location for a MUSE community peer group. Kelowna is an absolutely beautiful location, with perfect weather and amazing people, and a fabulous culture. Our team was energized by the conversations we had with attendees, many of whom are navigating similar data integration and system interoperability challenges.
The Northfield, Minnesota CPG event offered another fantastic opportunity to connect with healthcare peers. We were excited for the opportunity to help sponsor a MEDITECH happy hour the evening before the CPG. This was a fantastic opportunity to hear more about the hospitals that were represented. This had to be one of the most unique venues for a Community Peer Group event. There was a true sense of camaraderie among participants who share the same mission—delivering exceptional patient care through technology. This was very evident throughout the breakout session discussions.
These peer group events reflect exactly what the MUSE community stands for—Community. The collaboration, continuous learning, and improving healthcare all happened in the community and were made better by the community.
As a vendor/sponsor, there is no better place to connect with the end user and hear their experiences, successes, or pain as they use our solution and their experience providing the ability for clinicians to continue patient care.
MEANINGFUL SITE VISITS: Fraser Health and Interior Health
While in British Columbia, our team also conducted on-site meetings with two of the province’s largest health authorities: Fraser Health and Interior Health. These meetings were more than just touchpoints—they were opportunities to listen, learn, and collaborate directly with frontline healthcare tech leaders.
At Fraser Health, we had a fantastic discussion regarding opportunities for enhanced use of the IPeople solution. We were very excited to collaborate and discuss the possibility of collaborating on new solutions. These discussions were grounded in real-world challenges and real-time problem solving, just the kind of work we’re passionate about.
At Interior Health, our meetings focused on operational efficiency and how to equip clinicians with the right data at the right time. We delved into how our suite of tools can help reduce clinician burden, increase data reliability, and support improved patient outcomes.
Both health authorities demonstrated remarkable leadership and vision in how they approach healthcare transformation. We’re excited about the possibilities ahead and grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their journeys.
LOOKING AHEAD: Join IPeople Healthcare at MUSE Inspire 2025
Our momentum continues as we gear up for one of the year’s most anticipated events: MUSE Inspire 2025, set to take place May 27-30 at the Gaylord Texan. As a key exhibitor, IPeople Healthcare is proud to sponsor the MUSE Inspire conference. There is no other conference like the MUSE Inspire conference, the community is the absolute best in Healthcare IT.
This year’s MUSE Inspire promises to be bigger and more impactful than ever. From educational sessions and product showcases to peer networking and solution-building, the conference is designed to provide tangible value to every attendee. And IPeople Healthcare will be right at the heart of it.
At our booth, attendees will get hands-on demonstrations of our latest offerings:
- IPeople Offline Suite: We will have a live interactive display to navigate Offline Views and see how powerful the solution is. This is changing the way clinicians approach downtime business continuity, and enhanced data resiliency. There is no other solution that gives the level of confidence as the Offline Suite. With access to full historical patient data and full patient records. Downtime Registration ensures your census stays up to date, plus full long-form registration activity syncs with MEDITECH, easing the reconciliation process. There is truly nothing like it.
- IPeople ED Tracker: We will debut our newest product in the suite, which will ensure data accessibility for those that greatly need it, the Emergency Department. In an unexpected or extended outage, the ED can be brought to a halt. The ED Tracker solution will provide a way for the ED to continue providing patient care.
Our product experts will be on-site to answer questions, share success stories, and collaborate on the unique challenges healthcare organizations are facing today.
But MUSE Inspire is about more than just tech—it’s about community. It’s about fostering relationships that lead to long-term impact. That’s why we’re also hosting special events during the conference to connect with clients, partners, and peers in a more personal way.
Why We Show Up—in Person and Practice
At IPeople Healthcare, we know that meaningful change doesn’t happen from behind a screen. It happens when people come together, share ideas, and take action. That’s why we invest in being there—in person—for the communities we serve.
The recent MUSE peer group events and site visits reaffirmed what we already know: healthcare professionals are hungry for solutions that are intuitive, reliable, and built with their day-to-day reality in mind. We’re proud to be a trusted partner on that journey.
